To keep the record straight:

BRK bought WMB's Kern River Transmission which operates a 926-mile pipeline between Wyoming and southern California.

Now they're buying Northern Natural Gas's 16,600 miles of pipeline run from Texas to the upper Midwest from Dynegy.

Do you get a sense of deja vu?

Is imitation a form of flattery, or is this a fight to death? EP does 45% of the Nat Gas to SoCal. I bet that the CPUC will let them both thrive.

Check this out: midamerican.com

(It terminates at that new CPN plant near the SWP pump station at the Grapevine.)
