Thank for posting that article. Many people think that because Greenspan has lowered rates that money is cheap. In reality, there is a serious lack of liquidity as far as credit, and that could stall the economic rebound.

The banks need to step up, and take some risk. The FDIC needs to loosen it's bank ratings standards. If that happens, the hedge funds will probably have to back off.
