>>The future is here. LOL al eom<<

al, I've been waiting for someone to post something really stupid. Actually, you were not the first.....but:

Has anyone considered the difference between an IPO and a Reverse Merger? An IPO yields new capital for the company....a Reverse Merger doesn't. A Reverse Merger is a good way to become public..but how does it add to the capital of the company? Simple answer...it doesn't. So how does the new public company raise capital to do what it intends to do in the future? The only answer is to issue new stock.

Since TVSI already has (reportedly) 120 million shares outstanding, how many more shares will need to be issued to finance the plans they have announced in their press release?.....and how does this influence the per share valuation of the stock in the future?

How many new shares are going to have to be issued to fund the plans that have been announced?

Simple, fundamental questions that need to be asked.....before you get too excited about this investment.
