Institutions are buying NOVL for the simple reason that they think it is a rational long term investment. Most institutional investment managers feel that a buyout at $20 would limit their long term profit opportunities in the stock and I am sure that is how Schmidt feels as well. Just own it and hit the beach whilst the weather is nice.
