OT: The most realiable source of information is the SEC, float can be found in the EDGAR filings as on tenkwizard.com Chat rooms and PR's are a joke. As for the bank holding these officers shares versus the bank investing in them, that is a blatantly false statement and if you have it in writing or can prove attribution, inform the SEC and take the liars to small claims court just to tie them up OR if the dough at hand is big enough, go to William Lerach at Millberg Weiss out of San Diego. Tell 'em Auric sent you.

PM with the ticker of the scummy Co. No attribution will be made to you, perhaps some other issues may come to light...
