In accordance with your authorization, we have performed a reserve and economic evaluation of an oil(check to see if it is an oil or gas property or properties) property owned by Parkcrest Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") in the Llanos basin, Colombia. This report contains a brief discussion of the interests, reserves, production, economic parameters and a map of this property. This economic analysis has been performed utilizing unescalated cost and price assumptions only and all monetary values have been expressed in terms of United States dollars.
The effective date of this evaluation is March 1, 1998.
The gross (working interest) and net (after royalty) reserves and net cumulative cash flow of the property are summarized in Table 3 of this report following the discussion of this property and the overall values are presented as follows:
