The facts that should increase the share price of this stock are: 1. The sale of the database of 6+ million by next Thursday 2. The private placement of 6+ million by Allen Capital. 3. The rollout and shipping of their new software Conclusion: They have cleaned up the books where there will be no surprises. They will have the extra cash to qualify for the asset rule to be listed on the exchange again. They will have the working capital to properly market their new software. I see a multitude of contract announcements and sales figures once they achieve step one and two. The software is ready to go so lets rock and roll.-
