Anyone else see in the notice and proxy statement book where they and I quote say"the company has been advised that it is unlikely that the spin-off whould qualify as a tax-free distribution of stock. Accordingly, the Company does not currently intend to effect the spin-off of XLConnect." When are they going to press release this information? I think it is a travisty that the company is infact neglecting many shareholders who have been a part of this company for sometime. I am one of the lucky one who got in after the price dropped. However, I wish I had never picked any up because the information that they have supplied us is somewhat depressing. I think that with some cost cutting and a little hard work someone could turn this company around. Hope it is the directors I voted for this time around. Anyone hear of brokerage houses really pushing this stock and the reason? All of the information above besides the quote are my opinion only. I am upset with the company and what they have done, but think they have a good idea and hope things will turn around soon. TJ
