And the BS continues
Now its stated that an 800 pound gorilla is necessary, and has been necessary for any small company to get off the ground in this space because of the many verticals that exist. Neom had the best financing arrangement of ant start up company with the 100 million SEDA that they blew when they tried to become the super company. Most new start ups in this space do not have that type of finance agreement and yet they are in most cases more successful then the 12 year old seasoned company called Neomedia, who now wants to portray themselves as a start up, when years ago, they were claiming to be ahead of the rest of the field in this space, and in 2004 they were claiming they were years ahead of the game.
Just imagine for a minute, if Neom had been selling shares to Cornell, now YA under the SEDA what would of happened since that SEDA was signed in 2005, just 3 years ago.
First of all instead of taking loans which had huge up front fees and options tied to them, they would of been selling stock for funding. This alone would of reduced the dilution 20 fold or more.
Secondly, because they are selling shares at a nice pps at the time, that would of helped to stabilize the pps at a much higher level then it is today.
Then that same poster, again is spreading his BS rumor, because he scammed so many new investors, that no other company is making any money in this space, then he lists a long list of private companies as examples. Companies, which he has no clue whatsoever, whether they are generating revenue or not, because they are private companies who do not have to explain to shareholders publicly what they are doing, or how much revenue it is generating.
One thing is for certain though. I have not seen a single one of those companies he mentions, having to announce new loans on a monthly basis as Neomedia is having to do, just to keep their doors open until a buyer can be found.
It's the same crap they have been claiming for two years now, yet there is no evidence that any of these companies have put all their assets up as collateral on loans and are yet still broke month to month like Neom.
And its also quite funny and hypocritical, that when I pointed out that some of the Neomedia acquisitions seemed like bottom of the barrel companies near bankruptcy, these same individuals attacked me, claiming these were private companies and we didn't know what their financial situation was. But when its to their advantage, they like to point out how these private companies have no revenue either so they are in the same boat as Neomedia financially.
And by the way, I was 100 percent correct on my assessment of these companies at the time of acquisition, being bottom of the barrel, near bankrupt companies as Neomedia's consolidated financials later proved. But not to worry, they all got a windfall settlement in the sell back to original owners, and a nice little cache of millions from the Neomedia shareholders to fund their operations going forward.
Those are the facts, and not the dribble others are spinning over and over again like a broken record. |
