I love this slow uptrending market. Investors are gaining confidence and with not much scheduled news of any kind next week for earnings or financial reports, chances are we could just keep slowly climbing.

Of course the possible fly in the ointment are earnings warnings, but some are already expected. Quite frankly, I think expectations are quite low and people really don't want to miss any kind of rally that is substantial.

Also, the first earnings reports that tend to come out are good news. Of course it is only a guess, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the Market trend up through the early earnings season and then drop back after the latter reports come out.

Nothing is forever and it will be interesting to see the action on Monday and the rest of next week.
