Hello Julie, Welcome to the thread. In answer to your question, I have not personally seen results of Phase III so the evidence I will cite for my opinions is somewhat circumstantial.
If you will check post #124 on this thread from F. S. Wang you will see that he refers to results from an abstract on the upcoming release of Phase III before the American Society of Hematology. F. S. Wang has not posted again, but was kind enough to share the contents of this abstract at that time. The day this post was made was the day that ASH members were to recieve their abstracts so, although it is not mentioned in that post, F. S. Wang may be an ASH member.
On that day IDEC's stock price began to rally. It is my feeling that this may be due to the release of this abstract in part.
The results cited by F. S. Wang are very close to those achieved in Phase II and are therefore in line with expectations.
In addition, IDEC's last earnings statement shows expenses related to the preparation for commercialization of C2B8.
It is my further belief that Genentech has been assisting IDEC in scaling-up production of C2B8.
My feeling is that we will have good news on Monday. As this date approaches, anything more definitive will certainly be posted here. There are very knowledgable contributors to this thread who all post regularly. I suspect that if information is out there, it will usually also be here.
