buxxx just got back from california... had these thoughts on the plane... as I have said before I believe that the announcements of the 12 day holiday and the fact that revs might well be lower that last year is a pre-announcment of the pre-announcment of further diminished earnings, otherwise they would have made these announcements on cc. I think the situation for the front end supliers is worse than was anticipated by co. as teri has been trying to point out. current estimates are 1.40 - 1.60... 20% less than this would bring us to 1.30 ish, given this I believe the stock will trade at $28 before it turns around for good... if everything goes well with the naz... this seems to me a realistic target and it is 30% below where we sold... (37?)... I should like to also point out that the naz is up 150 point+ but amat is where it was on the day after the cc.
