Spot on. There's so much he could say. There's so many points he needs to make and he doesn't do it. The little things like using those index cards and the way he keeps referring to them - looking over at them in the middle of an answer. He needs stronger advisors. If he did nothing else but tick off bullet points, he would do a lot better than he's doing now.
