Jim,

Whose talking about a merger? Althought I like a friendly merger
with IBM, I would not be ruling hostile takeovers by others.

The company and the officers holdings probably do not even add up
to 10% of common. Who are they to say "the company is not for sell"?
With all the volume during the past few weeks, I wouldn't be
surprised if accumulation surpassed 51% of common. And even if it
don't there are large institutions that holds a big chunk of NOVL.
They been sitting on this pile awful long...watching it go down
while the DOW reaches new highs. Don't you think it's feasible
some of these guys can come together under a strong backer and
attempt a hostile takeover then bypass the BOD?

IF this happens...good luck with your suit...under section whatever.
