hi tc "Had a feeling you'd like that one" okay, you've forced my hand. i've had this site tucked away for about two weeks now, piggishly keeping it all to myself. i feel terrible. i must share. <g3> what makes this site so good? a tech support manager told me that his company uses it. it covers most operating systems, browsers, modems and more. and you'll notice that it's interactive, in that when you open pages, you're not just viewing screenshots of settings and dialogs. you can actually navigate through them. i just wish i had more things going wrong. (i can't believe i said that!) chasms.com :) mark
