Jim, great call on the earnings. I did notice. Like you, I have maintained the numbers would be much worse than anticipated since E. S. appeared on CNBC last quarter. You did a great job on the financial analysis, I went on history and the trail of hints they tend to leave behind. I liked the comment regarding the UPS strike being over. Seemed to be mentioned in regards to Q3, but obviously a hidden tip on Q4. This is the way Novell has operated the last couple of years, and likely to be a topic in Joe's book. sf
