Yes, that's very clever......especially when they are your friends. Chirac is NOT a friend of the United States. Schroeder certainly isn't either. This nitwit in Canada is no friend of ours. Let's clarify that statement. Chirac is no one's friend. Germany and Canada are friends of the US; they just don't like our current president. Essentially, these countries sided against us and can no longer be counted on as allies. I'm sure we will continue to take care of them, but I would hope we would never put ourselves in the position we did with regard to the UN again.
