Who is telling the truth about ZITL?

Jack King sold 60,000 shares of ZITL in late 1997 for a total of $745,000. Not bad. Price: $12.43 a share. The company released news attempting to show that he was getting more shares. I believe that was in part true, he did exercise his option on 100,000 more shares. Price: $1.19.

Other exercise prices for ZITL officers in 1997-98:
$2.31 - 6.22
$1.38
$3.94
$4.13

If I were any of these fellas I might ask my wife or girlfriend to short ZITL, then deliver up my cheap shares to cover. Bingo, instant profit. You probably won't see any more insider sales now, but what is very sure is that no insider paid more than $6.22 for his stock. King paid $1.19 for 100,000 shares.
