dunno. They really don't like us, and they are a bunch of a$$es on top of that <g>. It could go either way. It seems to me the leaderships of these nations have already lost all credibility -- first with the failure to act in the UN, and now, with the failure to act to support the needs of the Iraqi people, without any apparent reason for having failed to do so.
