As I PM'd you there are two accounting issues:

1)useful life of the cylinders
2)appropriate accounting for certain acquisition costs related customer accounts.

They do break-even on cash flow from ops, but they capitalize costs, thus their free cash flow is very negative.

I'm pretty sure it is just gas grills, as they exchange the cylinders for gas grills.

Tell me if you find out anything more.
