Susan: I tend to agree with you about the small caps. The point I was making, and have been making for a while, is that it makes sense to me to include stocks making new all-time highs into the list of 'sectors'; some of the new all time high'ers have had large moves, other have recently joined the group. I offer STSA as an example: 6 trading days ago the stock, after a 37% move from 16 or so to 23 consolidated for 5-6 weeks and then in those past 6 trading days roughly 22 to 24.75...a nice trading opportunity. APPB, which Kendall alerted us to moved from 38-40.73 in 7 trading days; DFXI from 40 to almost 46 in 9 trading days. I just think that this sector offers trading opportunities for those who are more comfortable on the long-side, and because it's difficult to find more than a couple of strong sectors (some Restaurants, some S&L's/regional banks)in what has clearly been a downtrending market.
