You are an idiot. The report you use is based solely on data
from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac foundations. Their chartered
goal is to serve "families with incomes at or below the area median income"
fanniemae.com
with goals set by HUD administration. The activity is
also limited by "conforming loan limit" of $250k and $275k
in the past years when the "HPI" statistics was derived.

No wonder the results reflect the bottom line of
the market, not even the market but rather the HUD
distribution government-sponsored program.
