Launch Picasa. Picasa loads all your pictures. Click on Web Albums in the upper right hand corner. If you have any web albums it will bring them up. At the top there is a line with a link that allows you to create a new album, or upload into one of those you already have. Click on the link, which directs you to a screen where you choose the photos you want to upload. I think that will work. If not, let me know and I'll try to help.
