I'm not a fan of class action suits. We were talking about civil rights suits, though, and I am a fan of civil rights suits.

Note that the vast majority of civil rights complaints are just whining.

But there are some real good cases.

On the cover of my Virginia Lawyers Weekly, a white man just won a reverse discrimination case in the local federal court, in front of a black judge.
