Glenn, you're 100% correct. COMS at 34-35 and USRX at 59-60. LOTS of reasons for that price. (MAs, Candles, etc)
Nothing in the TA SHOULD predict a breakout.

The TA will indicate when we have achieved the breakout, have some clear sailing, and a buy signal.(at these levels I'd call it an "accumulate", which I've been doing)

The instant they breakthrough those levels we should see alot of buying.(which I will also be doing)
I still think it will be a while.
