News from Reuters Talisman Buys North Sea Assets for $137.5 Million 09:28 EDT Monday, May 03, 2004 TORONTO (Reuters) - Talisman Energy Inc. said on Monday it acquired a collection of North Sea oil assets from the Intrepid Energy group for $137.5 million. Calgary, Alberta-based Talisman said deal includes Intrepid's minority stakes in the Claymore, Piper, Saltire, Chanter, Iona and Scapa fields and Flotta oil terminal, as well as a stake in a pipeline and interests in exploration licenses. © Reuters Limited.
