CORRECTION: This may be nitpicking, but is the following line from the Barron's piece accurate:
"...And here's the punchline: Miller says only one U.S. company, ASM Lithoraphy makes UV lithography equipment." (7/21/97)
...when one of the company's own press release includes the following:
"ASM Lithography (NASDAQ:ASMLF, Amsterdam Stock Exchange:ASML)) is a world leader in photolithography with an installed base of more than 850 systems at customer sites around the world. The company, ranked the world's sixth largest supplier of wafer fab equipment by the market research firm Dataquest, had 1996 revenues of $770 million. ASML is headquartered in Veldhoven, The Netherlands, with a U.S. operations center in Tempe, Ariz., and regional sales and service facilities in Korea, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore."
Not that it really matters in the grand scheme of things.
