The underlying problem is that few people have a reasonable idea of the value of a USA citizenship. I guess that they would guess it's perhaps double the black market smuggling price or something like it.

If people realized what was being given away to newcomers, they wouldn't be so keen to devalue the citizenship currency by letting any old invader take over the assets which have been created over centuries [not to mention the intellectual property such as the legal system, currency etc].

10 million illegal immigrants have taken possession of [if they are allowed in under the amnesty] something like $2 million each in value, which amounts to some $20 trillion in value, with ZERO contribution. Some of them have negative value, but they take possession of the USA just the same.

It's insane of the indigenous to give away their assets like that.

$20 trillion is a lot to give away, even for the USA.

Suppose that it's really only $1 million each, that's still serious money [$10 trillion]. If the USA wants to give value away without compensation, they could throw some of it my way. Paypal accepted to my regular address. AND, I won't even move in and block the streets, schools and hospitals, and courts and welfare system and drive illegally. I'll stay living where I am and buy stuff Made in USA [such as QCOM powered cyberphones]. Or, Made in China, but owned by USA such as QCOM intellectual property.
