Fingolfen, I can read the text, but I still don't understand how "incremental charges associated with the realignment of the Microelectronics Division, the agreement to sell the hard disk drive business, and workforce reductions" could make up $1.4 billion in charges. IBM should have earned money from the sale of their hard drive business, and reducing headcount might mean severance packages which are future costs, but how does IBM get $1.4 billion from that? I am simply curious, and would like to know. wbmw
