You are absolutely right! I don't mind dissenting opinions, in fact I would like to see more. However, when someone like him professes to have all this incredible insight when he doesn't, it just ticks me off. If he would state his case and back it up with some sort of a thesis then he would get some respect from me. I actually like to read all well thought out opinions-bull and bear cases. I hate rants with no substance. I just lost it a bit. Sorry for adding to the NYCB clutter on this thread. He is now on ignore. Regards, JS
