Quit spreading rightwing revisionist history lies. Reagan had a million chances to do something against the Islamic extremists in Iran. What did he do? He sent them weapons and paid them off. He also armed Saddam. So why don't you attack him if you care so much about fighting Iranian extremists? Carter never armed those parties at all. In fact he came very close to making peace in the entire Middle East.
