Every one is very bearish on the USD now, neutral news are bad news and positive news are ignored. The market perceives W as a weakling and the continuous terror alerts in the US are also putting pressure on the USD the assumption being that W failed in his pledge against terror, after bowing to the Saud Clan in April when also the USD decline started in earnest.

Further encroachment of a terror state in the ME is more vivid than ever and for beginners the Europeans look like winners.

This sentiment not only affects the US stock market but also the purchase of US wares from multinational US firms.

IMHO if Colin Powell will be kicked out this administration will be perceived more coherent and firm against the terror and terrorist states like Iraq, Iran Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Syria, Egypt and the USD will rebound
