Trey, I was looking over that EBT piece on IC capital equip. you linked (think it was you) a while back last night and one of the charts had the following market breakdown for 1996: Microlithography - resist processing 60% Tokyo Electron 20% Dainippon Screen 10% Silicon Valley Group Steppers - aligners 40% Nikon 30% Canon 20% ASM Lithography I don't know where ASM's UV litho fits in exactly, but I'd find it hard to believe that they've got "a lock" on the global UV litho market (and that's not to say that some of their products might not be better - I just don't know).
