[ORCTF & AMTX]
I'm not sure whether this is already mentioned or not. While I was reading ORCTF's annual report, I noticed interesting statement.

"The company(ORCTF) has received letters from Amati claimimg that the company's ADSL product infringes patents Amati hold on its DMT tech. and offering the Company the opportunity to enter into licensing discussions regarding Amati's ADSL patents." (skip)
"The Company responded, although it does not believe that the Company's ADSL products uses Amati's patents, it is willing to discuss a liscense with Amati." (skip)
"If the Company is unable to agree to an acceptable license with Amati, it may need to provide such products without certain optional features or without achieving maximum performance capabilities."

Now, I remember that we talked about this matter a while ago.
Anyway, it's an interesting fact.

Best Regards,
