thomas-- i dont remember posting that link, but the data you put up fits in with what i have heard. i wish i could say with absolute certainty that ASM isnt the only one, but i cant. however i, like you, find it difficult in the extreme to believe they are the only ones with UV litho. in any event, when these steppers are actually making something other than engineering samples i will be worried about my short. but, that shouldnt be until late fall or early winter. by that time the market will have established the trend to 64 and higher, which will still leave MU out in the cold. by this fall, they will be giving away 16Mb parts. good luck to all, trey
