Incumbent presidents always have a big advantage... By jkelly Irish Pennants ...in these things, but how it must frost liberals that George W. Bush, for the 5th consecutive year, is the most admired man in America. Bill Clinton was second, but the gap between Bush and Clinton was huge. Bush was the choice of 19 percent of respondents; Clinton of only 5 percent.
