Are you saying that Federalist Society has been taken over by statists? Statists and other control freaks like Religious Right, and Big Business Republicans. The keynote speaker at the last Federalist Society annual convention was Karl Rove. Enuff said. A few years ago, Barry Lynn, the director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State gave a talk at the convention on the history of church and state separation and at the end, I was one of the few who applauded. Jefferson and Madison would not be pleased with this crowd, I don't think.
