When there's money involved, you better believe they'll be throwing out as many as they can. More for them.

So far, it's been massive drives to register anyone who has a "drop." There is a signup table at every Hawaii event. Once they get money pouring in, the shoe will be on the other foot.

I can't believe the SC will let this stand if passed.
