WTCH - Watchout! Inc - Fully Reporting company.

IR tells me acquisition of Micromatix should be completed this week and we should see a PR. It will be a minimum of 30% or more. Micromatix had revenues of 30 million last year and have just obtained contracts that forecast a revenue of 90 mill this year.

Tiny float of 200-250k. This one will run quick on little volume.

There is also another acquisition they are working on that we should hear about soon.
