I was thinking that six months into the Bush term the markets are down. Wasn't he supposed to be good for business? I wonder when he'll be man enough to stop blaming dems and start taking some responsibility for the world economic problems. G8 could have been a start but his world leadership was tested and failed on these issues. For all the scolding Clinton took with respect to opec I would have expected something more than silence from W. His energy policies, although lacking in many respects imo, may have some positive impact in the long run, but as Keynes said in the long run we are all dead.
