There are no borders defined by the UN. In the past what they call 1967 line or 1948 lines are armistice borders after the 4 arab armies invaded Israel in 1947 (the armies of Iraq, Jordan, Syria Egypt). Those armies called upon the arabs West of the Jordan to leave as they will bomb indiscriminately into dust the nancent Jewish State and te jJews included. The fact is that West Bank and Gaza are disputed territories in acordance with the UN charter and a Palestinian Nation is a pure Arab invention..... until 1967 when Jordan anexed the West Bank there were no palestinian nation!!! arafat called palestina the State of Israel.

As to the real borders they were defined by the Russians, French and Brit's and also recognized by the US Congress.

The US Congress decision from September 1922 were a Jewish Homeland west of the Jordan River was ratified by US Congress as evidenced in the September 12, 1922 US Congress (Public Resolution No. 73, 67th Congress, Second Session)

So all the land West of the Jordan River belongs to the Jews as their homeland the arabs / palestinians have their homeland and it is called Jordan.
