I cannot answer your question - however usually NDAs just contain clauses as to what not to disclose, not an obligation to disclose your findings, either to Zenyatta or anybody else.

It would be interesting yet unusual to have the partners agree to disclose their findings to Zenyatta, especially commercial partners. Universities might be different.
