But I then got out after the second bungle which I assume was caused by the former CFO- the first was the silly eps mistake in reporting losses a couple quarters ago, the last concerned the language in the 10-Q making it sould like ELNK would soon be insolvent (wrong). My pinning the responsibility for these two minor fiascos on the CFO is completely my opinion, and the only reason I pin it on him is because it is usually the CFO that is ultimately reponsible for such things- I know nothing about the guy personally. Anyway, I'm glad to see that management took the right actions to get rid of him, after giving him a second chance- again, Garry, it would probably be inappropriate for you to respond to this, and you have already referenced the events earlier, so don't feel obligated. Anyway, I got out due to what I perceived to be incompetence in a key position, but am now interested again after seeing the company take appropriate actions. Earthlink, good luck. I'll be watching.
