I have not seen the offering, but it sounds like a common offering.

1 year is probably the most common hold peroid out there.

I would expect that the exercise price of $0.60 is good for one year, then it jumps by 20% for another year. This is very common.

I always like to have a position in free trading stock, so you can sell that to roll the options before the one year is up. Don't forget, everyone else is likely thinking the same thing, which will put pressure on the stock all at the same time.
