Gottfried,

I want a digital camera bad! But I won't purchase one until I can get a megapixtel unit with cheap storage. I guess I'm going to have to wait on Clik!. I have seen all the cameras from a $45,000 Hasselblad to a $299 Casio. The Hasselblad made nice pictures but I'm not going to spend more on a camera than I did my house. The resolution of my current computer screen is 1280X1024. If I can get a digital camera with that resolution for say ca. $600 with a cheap (film) storage option then I will jump on it with both feet.

I have always wondered why Iomega didn't try to develop their own camera. Do the CCD's cost that much? Most cameras today are mostly plastic anyway. I guess I'll have to stick with my old Canon for awhile. But it sure would be neat to be able to download megapixtel images to a Zip drive, take it to the inlaws and bore them with a specialized slide show of your own making. Opps the sadist in me is coming out.

Anyway for the time being I guess I'll hold on to the few shares I have, and continue to buy a few each month at these ridiculous prices.

Scott
