HI Bob,

No - we are one of the very few Houston market dealerships still owned by family members (since 1941).

The Houston market is well over 70 % owned by public corporations. We have a great reputation as being a good place to work and do business with.

The corporate takeover of entrepeneurial owned dealerships has driven some tremendous talent to my store over the last 3 years.

There is no doubt that I have benefited from the transition - it has been an engine of growth for us.

As the price of products goes up - most people feel very comfortable knowing an owner and being able to talk to a principle if things go wrong.

That is one mega trend I don't fear and have benefitted by being on the other side.I must also confess - we 're blessed by being in the way of Houstons urban growth.

If you ever consider locating to a great warm climate - I'm always looking for techs. We are fully certified - have some highly trained techs (Bodyshop and service) and a very high CSI - In fact only the Cadillac stores beat me.They better not look back cause I'm after them as well.ggg

Thanks for the note.

Bob
