Hello To All

My office is now moved and I am back online.

Peter, you may be happy to know that I was out fishing a few days ago and my 4 year old daughter caught her first Sewer Trout (Norther Pike). Much fun was had by all and Dad got lots of kisses. Beats the hell out of talking to you guys!

To the business at hand. Of interest to some, may be that I spoke with the individual the other day, who originally found the pipes discussed in the NR a few weeks ago and who recently returned from SA having developed much of what was announced Friday.

Apparently these pipes should prove to be considerably bigger than what was indicated. SUF have not drilled delineating cores as yet, and the holes that were drilled were constantly cutting through breciated kimberlite, but no wall rock. The deposites are open in all directions.

The wall rock interestingly though is granite in this area as opposed to the easily fractured dolomite hosting the Klipspringer and Sugarbird fissures.

My source confidently suggested, consistent with my speculation in my posting two weeks ago, that there will be more than one mine on this site. This is a very conservative and clothed mouthed individual, not given to uphoria, promotion or frank assursions. This was very unusual.

In my view, Friday's announcement, all but confirmed it.

Does everyone grasp the significance of this announcement?

1. Two modest to better than modest sized pipes.
2. Additional kimberlite discoveries (read pipes) expected.
3. M1 pipe preliminary grade of 1.89 carats/tonne is higher than the Leopard fissure which is amongst the top 5% of minable historic kimberlites ever found.
4. Fancy diamonds found in both the pipe and Sugarbird blow.
5. Diamond quality is higher than Leopard fissure which produced $126.29/carat.

We are talking high grade, open pit, low cost, multiple deposit, long life ore. Mill feed (preliminary) of better than $240/tonne.

This is the big leagues ladies and gentlemen.

For those who perhaps thought I was blowing smoke regarding that $500/share suggestion. Hold that thought. I may have to revise the figure......... upwards.

Everything the company has stated so far has been conservative and understated with ultimat evidence always exceeding preliminary data.

Load up if you can fellas, sooner or later, the market must recognize this diamond in the rough.

Regards
