Wouldn't you think the company would want to clear this up by issuing some type of statement? Unless they are afraid all the investors will run the other way? I hate to sound like a broken record, but any company that has an incident of this magnitude occur generally lets there share holders know what is going on either by press releases or sending out a letter or even a special stockholders meeting. I think you bring up several very good points that need to be clarified before making any further investment. BTW my sell order went in today, I'm bailing out. Best of luck to you.
