I'm not sure who are all the principle are in the stock release/sale, but the company needs money. Weren't they to be out of working capital my next spring? Joseph D. Koenig is the only company office/ management listed selling. His shares came available for his purchase last April which he's selling less than half, 33.6k. [Taken from Schedule 14A-p.1 of last June] A large part of sales look to be going through Brokerages/funds that specialize in 401k, IRA's. [S2-p.34] Like I said I'm not sure.
