IMO, the odds of the US invading and occupying Iran are zero with a few decimal places of zeros as well.

It is possible that the US or Israel might bomb some Nuke installations in Iran. We have Iraq as a historical example arguing in that direction. On the other hand we have the historical example of Pakistan which argues we will do nothing, and Iran will eventually acquire Nukes.
